Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

This hotel is nice, very clean, and close to the airport. We were there on a weekend and the neighborhood was very quiet. There is an Aldi within walking distance and a park as well. There are two bus stops in between the airport and this hotel on a dedicated bus road, so getting to the hotel is very easy. Swipe your credit or debit card when you enter the bus and again when you exit. Each rider will need a different card. The convenience and cleanliness of this hotel makes it a great place to stay for transiting at Schilpol.

We were upgraded to an Executive Room because it happened to be free, so we had a great view. It was a 2 min walk from the train station, which took us to the city centre in 20 mins. It was only 5 mins away from the airport. Although we didn't use it, there is a shuttle bus from airport to hotel and back every 30 mins. The bed was super-comfortable and a good size. There was a cute little chaise long in the room. The hotel was beautiful with an excellent lobby. They have a small basic coffee machine in room. Very nice and quiet- no noise from outside or other guests could be heard in the room. Decent air con.

The location is fantastic near the airport but a good enough distance to have some quiet time away from the airport traffic and noise. It is a walk away from the Hordroft train and bus station, making it accessible to Amsterdam 24/7. I love the how clean and green environment friendly of the hotel, but the number one bonus is the attentive staff and housekeeping. The two Filipino staff members taught us how to get to the train station and use public transportation around the hotel. This information helped us navigate our trip to Amsterdam. There is also a convenience store inside that sells snacks, candies, and drinks for the guests to use, and it is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel. The service is up and beyond, the hotel is clean, and the location is convenient.

The staff was excellent, I had never booked with Novotel before having always been a IHG member but after checking in I immediately join the group and will always stay in a Novotel hotel from not on. Your staff member convinced me along with the excellent property and features and the treatment my daughter and I received sealed the deal. thank you for an excellent stay. Paul L

The facilities were impeccable, the room was clean and I loved the fact that there was a coffee maker in the room with all its implements. The attention of the staff was very friendly and attentive to every detail.
